About Sunrise Bluffs
Currently there are 121 homes with the potential for 13 new-builds. Each homeowner is a member of the Homeowners Association (HOA) and pays a monthly fee. All members own their home and lot.
Sunrise Bluffs residents have come from all parts of the United States, rich with varied talents, skills, and knowledge we accomplish many community projects and offer a variety of activities and events with volunteers. All Governing bodies and Committee members are volunteers.
The Community is truly a “neighborhood”. Residents are welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
The elevation at Sunrise Bluffs is 4,820 feet. This high altitude creates an arid environment with clean air, clear skies, and very moderate temperatures.
